Getting Started

Most users start with a pilot project with the potential for a rapid return. This could be:

  • A completely new application which may or may not interface with existing systems
  • A replacement for an application which has become difficult to change
  • An existing project which is taking too long to develop
  • A project currently scheduled for development offshore

After the project has been identified, we can either train your staff in Appligenics technology, or arrange for the development to be handled by our own staff of experts or from our partners in particular application areas.

A pilot project should be:

  • A significant application (ideally, a project you expect to take between one and three developer years) and for which you already have broad cost estimates using your current development approach.
  • Likely to be fairly heavily used.
  • Interface with at least one existing application.

We will be happy to work with you to identify the right project, and to produce an estimate of the effort it would involve using Appligenics technology.

Why Appligenics?

Services - With tight deadlines, it is important time and financial criteria are met. Appligenics can offer fixed price contracts.

Rules Based - Both IT and the business users work together with the Business Rules definition in Appligenics. No knowledge of the underlying programming language or operating system is needed.

Short Learning Curve - The simplicity of Appligenics means the learning curve is very short. Staff become proficient in designing systems very quickly, and can put to use their excellent business knowledge.

Productivity - The significantly reduced elapsed time and man-days needed to deliver the project mean your system is delivered on time and within budget.
