We have therefore established a Privacy Policy so that you understand how we treat your Personal Information.
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, first and last names, physical addresses, e mail addresses or other contact information, whether at work or at home. In general, you can visit our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself, although we do ask for this information if you request more detailed proprietary information. We do not hold information regarding race or ethnic origin, personal health or sexual orientation, religion, political beliefs, or trade union membership.
If you choose to provide us with your Personal Information, we may transfer that information within our company, across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. In certain circumstances we may share this information with trusted partners, but only ever in direct relation to our own business. We do not provide any information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do strive to comply with all applicable laws that are designed to protect your privacy in each jurisdiction that we operate. Legal requirements do of course vary from country to country, so we undertake to adhere to these principles even if certain countries may not require similar levels of protection for your Personal Information.

Use of Contact Details in Sales or Marketing
Appligenics like most companies maintains lists of both customers and prospective customers. From time to time we augment this information through the licensing of contact details from other companies whose business it is to maintain sales contact lists. We only deal with reputable companies, and we comply fully with any restrictions or limitations imposed upon us.
We will honor all requests for your Personal Information to be removed from our records, although to comply with recent legislation we are required to positively identify individuals who do not wish to be contacted and therefore must keep those details in order to remain within the law. In the event that we obtained your details from a third party supplier, then we will notify the supplier of your request.
